 Commercial & Industrial Property Valuation Department of STK company handles a wide variety of valuations in all property sectors including offices, retail and industrial both in the private and public sectors. We deal with all types of valuations from individual buildings to estates and portfolios.

Properties valued include objects of the real estate (buildings, premises) administrative (offices), trading, industrial, warehouse, household and other purpose, as well as hotels, holiday bases and garages. The objects which have not been fully constructed, including objects with the suspended or stopped construction. Land (various categories), as a part of a structure of a property complex or free from building.

  • Ground and underground constructions of various functional purpose, roads, bridges, access roads, tanks, protections, tunnels, pipelines, engineering communications, cable lines, electric mains, tracks, careers, mines, chinks, etc. Advice will also be given on sites, development projects and planning. Under orders of the client appraisers can complete a valuations of various objects located in any region of the Russian Federation. Our appraisers value throughout Russian Federation and provide a considered but speedy report prepared by qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors.

And so the majority of our valuations are commissioned by purchasers or by lending institutions to determine the suitability and value of a property as security for a mortgage.

    Results of valuations are transferred to the customers in the form of report, prepared and issued according to the legislation requirements. Results of the valuations and reports pass a compulsory procedure of quality assurance.
